What ad platforms can I connect to Yaamur?

We currently connect to the following ad platforms: Google AdWords, Facebook (including Instagram), Twitter.

Is it difficult to get set up with Yaamur?

No, it’s very easy! We work directly with the publishers via their respective APIs, So you simply sync your ad accounts with our platform.

Once your simple initial setup is done, anything that’s possible to do via the API can be done using Yaamur with no additional effort.

I'm receiving an error. How do I disconnect and reconnect my ad account?


  • Step 1: Click on the sync icon in the left-hand navigationbar.
  • Step 2: In the Accounts table, select the account or accountsyou'd like to disconnect.
  • Step 3: In the menu above select Disconnect.


  • Step 1: On the sync page click Connect.
  • Step 2: Pick the network of the account you just disconnected.
  • Step 3: From there enter your credentials, accept permissions, then select the account you had previously disconnected to bring back into Yaamur.
Can I connect multiple Ad Accounts from the same network?

Yes, you can connect multiple ad accounts from one network.

  • Step 1: Click on the sync icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
  • Step 2: To add another account, click the Connect button above the Accounts table
  • Step 3: Select a network.
  • Step 4: From there enter your credentials, accept permissions, then select which accounts you'd like to bring into Yaamur
  • Step 5: Your account will now be synced with our platform.
How do I connect my Facebook Business Manager account instead of my primary personal Facebook account?

Occasionally when connecting Facebook ad accounts to AdStage, Facebook locks you into your personal ad account instead of your Business Manager. In this article will give you the steps to connect your Business Manager ad accounts.

To link your Business Manager account to Yaamur:

  • Open up an incognito window
  • Sign into business.facebook.com
  • In the same incognito window, open a new tab
  • Log into your Yaamur account at yaamur.com
  • Link your accounts as your normally would. This time, you should be prompted with your Business Manager ad accounts instead of your personal ad account.
Can I make campaign changes in the native network?

Yes, Yaamur supports bi-directional syncing. Any changes you make to a network outside of Yaamur (e.g., through the network's website or desktop editor) will be reflected in Yaamur after your next sync.

I just made changes to my campaigns, are there any delays before it's pushed live?

No, if you make any changes to campaigns in Yaamur (ex: budget or bid adjustments), these changes are pushed immediately to the networks.

Is my private data shown to other companies that use Yaamur?

Absolutely not. We don’t share any private data obtained through your use of Yaamur. Read our Terms and Conditions here.

How does the free trial work?

You’ll be able to access all of the features of the platform during your trial. There are no fees whatsoever during the trial period, and if you find that Yaamur isn’t a fit, you can cancel at any time.

Do you offer campaign management?

Yes, we offer fully managed services under our “Enterprise” solution where we create and manage your campaigns and also provide scheduled reports as desired. Keep in mind, that Professional Editions have a dedicated account manager to help set up your account, resolve issues, and optimize campaigns.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We prefer credit cards transactions as they are the most efficient, but we do also offer invoicing for contract customers.

What are my billing options? Is there an annual contract?

Yaamur has a variety of plans to suit your needs. We believe that it can take time to significantly improve your campaigns, drive higher Quality Scores and get the most out of our platform. We offer the option to pay monthly or pre-pay annually with a discount.

If I choose the annual Pre-Paid Plan, what happens after that one-year period is over?

Your plan will renew for another year, at the same price, on the one-year anniversary date. If you wish to switch to one of our other plans, you can elect to do so with 30 days' notice prior to your anniversary date.

Is there a discount for annual plans?

Yes! Our annual (pre-paid) plans are discounted by approximately 20%.

Can I change plans?

You can upgrade or downgrade your account any time you want, you can just let us know and we’ll get it handled for you. Note that if you’re downgrading, you will lose some of the awesome features included in the other edition.

I canceled after I've been billed, can I get a refund?

We allow you to cancel your account at any time. However, like most subscription services, we do not offer refunds for the time remaining. You will continue to have access to Yaamur up to the next bill date, at which time you will lose access to Yaamur and all of its features.

Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoices are emailed to you when the billing occurs. If you need a copy of your invoice, please reach out to support@yaamur.com.

Can I edit the billing source for my ads within Yaamur?

No. Yaamur does not access the funding source of your ads so you’ll need to visit the networks directly to make those changes if necessary.
